It’s normal for kids to have good days and bad days. What inspires one child to learn at school might not be the same for another. However, there are some clear signs across the board that a child may need a tutor.
Some signs: Grades are slipping or you notice a decline (either gradual or sudden), your child puts off projects, postpones homework or delivers sloppy homework, your child is repeatedly puzzled by certain concepts, repeatedly expresses anxiety about a test, or is defensive when you try to help and overall disorganization.
If these signs are noticed, you’re doing the right thing to seek help and give your child a better chance at success. Great teachers inspire, and our facilitators strive not only to help students learn concepts and develop better study habits, but they also help your child grow into a confident learner who enjoys learning.
